Emily is a dedicated Health & Wellness Coach certified by the National Board for Health & Wellness Coaching (NBC-HWC). Emily holds a Master’s Degree in Health and Wellness Coaching from Maryland University of Integrative Health, graduating in 2018 and achieving Board Certification in 2021.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Emily is a watercolor artist, an avid reader, and a nature enthusiast. Emily also enjoys experimenting with recipes in the kitchen and believes in the nourishing power of wholesome, home-cooked meals. Family holds a special place in Emily’s heart, and she cherishes spending quality time with her husband, two boys, and four dogs. Whether on their rural property or out exploring the city of Fort Worth, these moments of connection and adventure fuel her holistic approach to well-being.
